Our Services

  • To carry out the correspondence of the Rectorate and the General Secretariat,
  • Ensuring the processing of information about the administrative units of our university into the Electronic Public Information Management System (KAYSIS) and creating the correspondence codes of our administrative units,
  • Writing and preserving the decisions of our University Board of Trustees, Senate, University Administrative Board,
  • Interuniversity Board associate professorship procedures
  • Carrying out all procedures related to YÖK audits,
  • Writing the decisions of the commissions established in our university and keeping the correspondence,
  • To ensure efficient, regular and harmonious operation of service flows arising from official correspondence,
  • To decide on the "Document Acceptance" of the documents coming to the university or to get approval for their acceptance,
  • Undertaking the "Central Documentation Unit" of the University;
  • Foreign mail services, recording, protection, preservation and archiving of incoming and outgoing documents,
  • Internal mail services, recording, protection, preservation and archiving of incoming and outgoing documents,
  • To coordinate the implementation of the official correspondence rules between the university and its affiliated units (academic-administrative) in accordance with the legislation, and the execution of information and document exchange in a fast, healthy and safe manner,

  • To ensure the necessary safety and security by keeping the records of all kinds of mail, letters and documents daily and regularly in the external and internal postal service areas,
  • In correspondence and documents; To ensure that the necessary importance, protection and sensitivity are shown to the documents in the order of priority in the "Confidential", "Top Secret", "Personalized", "Private", "Normal", "Immediate (Urgent)", "Daily" correspondence formats,
  • To carry out our business and services effectively, economically, efficiently and quickly,
  • Giving the "Administrative Unit Code" for the creation of a new unit for the units of our university, ensuring that the current unit name changes and the processes for the units to be deleted are carried out,
  • Classification, recording, filing, archiving, correspondence, announcement, etc. of incoming and outgoing documents,
  • To ensure that correspondence at the university is carried out in accordance with the current legislation,
  • To ensure correspondence coordination between Faculties/Schools and other academic and administrative units,
  • To inform the new staff about the correspondence in the units of our university, to inform them by sending the presentation file about the "Correspondence Systems" prepared by our unit.
